So i gained kgs. Like A LOT of kgs. Freaking amount of fat in my body.
The scale wont lie. Read a few blog on how to lose them but wont work if I just sit on my ass all day long right? -,-
Need to put on my running shoes and kick some ASAP.
This is sooo not in the 2013 plan. Anyone can help? Or suggest any website that I can refer to?
